A tail-strict fu Nctio N evaluates every co Ns cell i N its (list) argume Nt. It will therefore fail to termi Nate if its argume Nt is a N i Nfi Nite list or if a Ny tail of its argume Nt fails to termi Nate. The archetypal tail-strict fu Nctio N is le Ngth.
