Wilf Hey


The person who originally developed {Report Program Generator} and coined the phrase GIGO (garbage in: garbage out). He now (2004) works as a writer for PC Plus magazine in the UK and does Wilf' s programmers workshop amongst other things. He has been in computing for over 40 years. (2004-10-03)
