A C-based parallel programming language by Wen-Toh Liao . Maisie extends C with asynchronous typed message passing and {lightweight process}es. Programs can define, create and destroy processes, send and receive messages and manipulate the system clock. Maisie has been ported to PVM/3.1, Cosmic Environment and SUN sockets. Version 2.1.1.3 .
